Your slot, your gear, your instructor. When the wind moves your lesson, you hear it from the school rather than from the beach — and you confirm from wherever the message finds you.
The right kite, without the arithmetic
Rider weight against wind strength gives a kite size, and the school's actual inventory gives the kite. Wind HQ does that matching for every lesson in the chain, every time the wind changes, and tells you what it cannot cover.
Written down, on both sides
Every schedule change keeps the wind conditions it was made under, frozen at the moment of the decision. The history is append-only. When a rider and a school remember a day differently, there is a record — and it protects whichever of them is right.
Nobody is left unasked
A rescheduled lesson is only real once the rider has agreed to it. When a confirmation does not come back, Wind HQ escalates rather than waits.

Pilot pricing
Two things are paid for: a licence for the station, and an optional subscription for riders who want their own account across schools. What each of them costs is not settled yet.
